Commercial epoxy flooring for the GTA and Southern Ontario
Epoxy gives concrete a seamless, sealed surface that stands up to traffic, spills and daily cleaning. We install systems matched to how each floor is actually used.
Choosing the right epoxy system
Epoxy is not one product. It is a family of resin systems that differ in thickness, texture and finish. A loading dock, a commercial kitchen and a school corridor each need something different, so we start by looking at traffic, chemicals, moisture and how the floor is cleaned.
Our main systems are solid colour epoxy for clean, durable working floors, flake epoxy for texture and hiding wear, metallic epoxy for showrooms and lobbies, and anti-slip systems for wet or sloped areas. Each one can be built as a thin coating or a thicker multi-coat system, depending on the demands of the space.
Preparation decides how long it lasts
Most coating failures come from poor prep, not poor resin. We diamond grind the slab to open the surface and reach the correct concrete surface profile (CSP), then test for moisture before anything is mixed. Cracks, spalls and joints are repaired first so they do not telegraph through the finished floor.
Where moisture readings are high, we use a moisture-mitigating primer instead of hoping for the best. That step costs far less than a floor that delaminates a year later.
Built around commercial schedules
We plan installs around your operation. Large floors can be phased by zone, and work can be scheduled for nights or weekends so production, deliveries or classes keep running.

How a epoxy flooring system is built
Every layer has a job. Here's what goes down, from the slab up.
Each coat bonds to the one below. Diamond grinding first gives the primer a rough profile to grip, so the system stays bonded under traffic.
- Each coat goes down at the specified thickness
- Cure times are planned into your schedule
- The full system is listed in your formal quote
Pick your colour
Tap any colour to see it on a floor. Physical samples and full fan decks come to every site assessment.
What you get

How a project runs
Every project starts with an instant estimate or a call, then a site assessment and a written quote before any work is scheduled.

Epoxy Flooring FAQ
What affects the cost of an epoxy floor?
Cost depends on floor area, slab condition, the system chosen and how much repair the concrete needs. Thicker systems, moisture mitigation and cove base add to the scope. Use the instant estimate for a starting range, and we confirm the price after a site assessment.
How long does the area need to be closed?
Most commercial epoxy installs take a few days from grinding to final coat, depending on size and system. Light foot traffic is typically allowed within about a day of the topcoat, with vehicles and heavy loads after several days. We give you a specific schedule before work starts.
Can epoxy go over an existing coated floor?
Sometimes. If the old coating is well bonded and compatible, we can grind it and recoat. If it is peeling or contaminated, it has to come off down to sound concrete first, and we check adhesion during the site assessment.
Which epoxy system is right for my facility?
It depends on traffic, chemicals, moisture and appearance. Solid colour suits most working floors, flake adds texture and hides wear, metallic is for display areas, and anti-slip suits wet zones. We recommend a system after seeing the floor.
