Floors for condos and multi-residential buildings
We coat and repair parking garages, stairwells, balconies and common areas for condo boards and property managers across the GTA.
Road salt, water and vehicle traffic damage parking garage slabs year after year. Once chlorides reach the rebar, repairs get larger and more costly. We repair spalls, fill cracks and apply traffic membranes that help keep water and salt out of the structure. Ramps, drive aisles and parking stalls each get a system suited to their wear.
We work with condo boards, property managers and their engineers. Work can be phased by level so residents keep parking access, and notices and schedules are planned in advance. Crews carry commercial liability insurance and are WSIB compliant, which boards and managers often require before work starts. All work is warrantied, with terms set per project.

Condos & Multi-Residential: FAQ
Do you work with our engineer's specifications?
Yes. We work from engineering reports and specifications provided by the board or property manager. We can also assess and quote areas not yet specified.
Will residents lose parking access?
We phase work by level or section to keep access open. Schedules are shared in advance so management can notify residents.
Can balconies be coated in winter?
Most exterior membranes need warmer, dry conditions to cure. We plan balcony and walkway work for the warmer months.
How long does a garage coating last?
It depends on traffic, salt exposure and upkeep. Regular cleaning and timely recoats extend its life, and we provide a warranty with terms set per project.
