Flooring for commercial kitchens and restaurants
Kitchen floors take grease, hot water and constant foot traffic. We install slip-resistant, seamless floors that are easy to clean and quick to return to service.
Grout lines in a busy kitchen break down, hold grease and crack under heavy equipment. A seamless resin floor removes them. We install urethane cement in cooking lines and dish areas where heat and hot water are constant, and an anti-slip texture throughout so staff have better footing on wet floors. Integral coves seal the wall so the floor can be mopped and squeegeed to drain.
Restaurants lose money when they close. We can remove old tile and install new floors overnight or over a short closure, using fast-cure systems where the schedule is tight. Our crews carry commercial liability insurance and are WSIB compliant. Every price is confirmed after a site assessment, so the scope reflects your actual kitchen.
Built for how the space is used
Why coves matter
A cove carries the floor up the wall in one seamless piece. There's no joint at the base of the wall for water, chemicals or bacteria to get into.
DELAGA installs radius and 45° coves from 2" to 9" high, in the same resin as the floor, so floor and wall base clean as one surface.
Common in commercial kitchens, food processing, hospitals and labs, manufacturing and mechanical rooms.

Commercial Kitchens & Restaurants: FAQ
Can you install the floor overnight?
Many kitchen projects can be done overnight or over a short closure. Timing depends on the area size, tile removal and the system chosen.
Do you remove existing quarry tile?
Yes. We remove tile, grout and setting beds, then repair and level the slab before the new floor goes down.
Will the floor be slippery when wet?
We build in a textured aggregate finish. The texture level is matched to the area, with more grip on cooking and dish lines.
Can you slope the floor to existing drains?
Yes. We regrade low spots and slope floors to drains so water does not pool under equipment.
