Flooring for pharmaceutical, electronics and technology facilities
Clean production and sensitive electronics need floors that are seamless, easy to clean and safe for equipment. We install systems built around those needs.
Pharma and clean manufacturing rooms need floors with no seams or joints that trap dust and residue. We install seamless epoxy and urethane floors with integral coves that stand up to frequent washdowns and cleaning agents. Systems are chosen for the chemicals, traffic and cleaning methods each room actually sees.
Electronics assembly areas and data centres need static control. Our ESD flooring helps protect sensitive components and equipment. Pharmaceutical packaging lines and supplement production rooms need cleanable floors that handle frequent washdowns. Our crews plan work around production schedules and shutdowns, and all work is warrantied, with terms set per project.
Built for how the space is used
Why coves matter
A cove carries the floor up the wall in one seamless piece. There's no joint at the base of the wall for water, chemicals or bacteria to get into.
DELAGA installs radius and 45° coves from 2" to 9" high, in the same resin as the floor, so floor and wall base clean as one surface.
Common in commercial kitchens, food processing, hospitals and labs, manufacturing and mechanical rooms.
What we usually specify

ESD Flooring
Controls static in electronics assembly areas, labs and data centres.

Solid Colour Epoxy
A seamless, cleanable surface for production, packaging and clean rooms.

Urethane Cement Flooring
Resists washdowns, chemicals and temperature changes in process areas.

Integral Coving
Integral coves remove the floor-to-wall seam where dust and residue collect.

Moisture Mitigation
Protects resin floors from vapour drive in slabs that hold moisture.
Pharmaceutical, Electronics & Technology: FAQ
Do you install ESD flooring?
Yes. We install static-control floors for electronics assembly, labs and server rooms. The system is selected to suit the equipment and use of each room.
Can you work around production schedules?
Yes. We phase work by room or zone and plan around shutdowns, nights and weekends. The schedule is set with your team before work starts.
What floor works for clean rooms?
Clean rooms need a seamless floor with no joints that trap dust and residue. Epoxy or urethane with integral coves is a common choice, selected to suit your cleaning agents and room classification.
Will the floor resist our cleaning chemicals?
We choose the resin system based on the products you use. Share your cleaning and process chemicals during the site assessment so we can match them.
